We guarantee our products to be brand new and fully as described. We ship no blemishes, seconds or any inferior variations.
We also guarantee that your shopping experience will be a secure and enjoyable one. If your shopping experience is substandard in any way, please contact us via the contact form in our store or toll free at 866-278-5088. We are not a large operation and do not have operators waiting at the phones. If you leave a message with your return telephone number we WILL return your call as quickly as possible.
Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped within 1 to 2 business days with the exception of our signs. Our signs will take 3 to 4 weeks to produce and ship, so please allow this amount of time from when your order is placed. Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay immediately. We will try to give an accurate estimate of how long to expect before the item is back in stock. We will ask if you prefer to cancel your order. We charge $1.00 to $5.00 handling charge on signs (up to a maximum of $200.00) due to excess weights and dimensions.

Personalized signs are non-returnable. If a mistake was made on our end we will happily correct the error and replace the sign free-of charge to you. We can't stress enough to be accurate on your end (including punctuation) as we can't be responsible for any errors in spelling, etc. There are no exceptions to this policy.
